A. We use cookies to store user information and to track our users' usage. Our cookies are only used for users who are signed-in and are not used to once you sign-out of SQOX. We do not have any 3rd parties installing their cookies on our users' browsers.

B. We store log files of all user activity, both users with accounts and users who do not have accounts. These log files may be retained indefinitely to analyze traffic patterns, errors, and performance. Log files are retained for up to 6 months before deletion.

C. We do not share, give away, or sell our user data to any 3rd with the following exceptions. We may release user information to authorities, such as law enforcement, if we have been compelled to by lawful means (warrants, or court orders). We also may release users information in case of suspected illegal activities, or in case of emergency that we believe lives may be at stake, or illegal activities are being conducted through our websites.

D. When a user makes a donation to SQOX.com Inc, personal data such as name, address, credit card number, will be collected by a 3rd party payment processor. Your personal data is never directly stored in our databases. We do store a token (hash) which does reference a transaction on the 3rd party payment processor's system.

D. Users Private Mail may be monitored by SQOX admins for illegal activities. Mail messages may be viewed by authorized SQOX employees as part of any investigations. Our Private Mail system will not be used to conduct illegal activities.

Users may delete their entire account by navigating to their "Settings" page and following the instructions.

A. We delete all things associated with your account. All comments, text submissions, lomments, confidence tokens, membership tokens, live raffles, tags, votes, measures, predictions, and activity log.

B. Links that you submitted will not be deleted, your username will be dissociated from the submission username will display [deleted].

C. Although your information will be wiped from our databases, your user information will still be retained in our database backups, as well as our log files for up to 6 months.

D. 3rd party companies may store publicly accessible website data on their servers and we have no control over these types of companies. Deleting your user information from our databases does not delete your user information from 3rd party companies that may be storing and replicating our website data without our implicit approval. Please contact 3rd party companies directly to have your user information deleted from their servers.

E. Any user that has previously used the SQOX Private Mail system, may still have their authored mail messages stored in the inbox of their mail recipients. Only the recipient is authorized to delete their own messages.

We are fully compliant with GDPR framework as set forth by the members of the European Union. We fully support strong privacy protections for consumers.
